Position Overview Trustfield School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Teacher-in-Charge Senior Academic Coordinator Vice Principal-level role to lead manage and supervise the academic team This role requires a senior educator who will act as the academic head of the school ensuring high teaching standards discipline and alignment with CBSE NFSC academic frameworks The selected candidate will be senior to all teachers and will play a key role in academic planning teacher management and overall school functioning Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership Supervise guide and monitor the performance of all teaching staff Ensure smooth academic operations across all classes and departments Maintain and implement CBSE NFSC curriculum standards and guidelines Plan academic calendars timetables and subject allocations Teacher Management Act as the immediate reporting authority for all teachers Mentor and support teachers to improve teaching quality and classroom effectiveness Conduct regular academic reviews classroom observations and feedback sessions Coordinate recruitment induction and training of teaching staff in collaboration with management Curriculum Quality Control Ensure syllabus completion as per academic timelines Maintain teaching quality lesson planning and assessment standards Oversee exams evaluations result analysis and academic reporting Introduce best teaching practices and innovative learning methods Administration Coordination Coordinate with school management on academic planning and policy decisions Ensure discipline punctuality and professionalism among staff Handle parent meetings related to academic concerns when required Support school inspections audits and affiliations Eligibility Criteria Experience Minimum 10-15 years of teaching experience in a reputed school Prior experience in a senior academic role Teacher-in-Charge Coordinator Academic Head Vice Principal is highly preferred Educational Background Science background is mandatory Physics Biology Strong command over English language - fluent verbal and written communication required Board Knowledge Must have hands-on experience with CBSE or NFSC curriculum and school systems Thorough understanding of academic documentation lesson planning and board requirements Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Experience Higher education teaching 10 years Required Work Location In person
