Role Summary The Power Platform Architect is responsible for designing governing and optimizing enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform-Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Pages and Power Virtual Agents The role involves establishing architectural standards driving best practices ensuring solution scalability and enabling business teams to leverage low-code no-code tools effectively Key Responsibilities Architecture Solution Design Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Power Apps Canvas Model-Driven Power Automate Power BI Power Pages and Dataverse Define architecture standards integration patterns and application lifecycle management ALM practices Develop scalable data models and solution frameworks aligned with organizational needs Lead platform modernization initiatives by migrating legacy apps to Power Platform Governance Security Establish governance frameworks covering workplace strategy DLP policies security roles and compliance controls Work with IT security to ensure data protection user access controls and role-based permissions Monitor platform usage capacity and licensing optimization Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance to developers citizen makers and cross-functional teams Review solution designs and ensure adherence to architectural principles Conduct technical assessments proof-of-concepts and platform capability evaluations Integration Automation Design integrations between Power Platform and enterprise systems such as Azure services Dynamics 365 SAP Salesforce and custom APIs Implement robust automation workflows using Power Automate and orchestrate enterprise-wide process efficiencies Collaboration Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements transformation Required Skills Experience Technical Skills Deep expertise in Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Pages Dataverse and the overall Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem Strong understanding of Azure services Logic Apps Functions API Management Azure SQL Experience designing enterprise-level architecture and managing multiple environments Proficiency with ALM tools like Azure DevOps GitHub and solution management Hands-on experience with Power Platform connectors custom connectors and integration patterns Professional Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to lead teams and mentor junior developers or citizen makers Proven experience transforming business requirements into technical solutions Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert PL-400 PL-300 PL-900 Experience with
