Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Technician for our luxury multibrand automobile workshop The ideal candidate will be responsible for advanced vehicle diagnostics fault analysis and supporting accurate repairs across premium and luxury vehicle brands This role demands strong technical expertise precision and adherence to luxury service standards Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostic tests using OEM and multibrand diagnostic tools on luxury vehicles Identify electrical electronic mechanical and software-related faults accurately Interpret fault codes wiring diagrams and technical manuals to determine root causes Support technicians by providing technical guidance and diagnostic solutions Carry out ECU programming coding adaptations and software updates as required Ensure accurate job card diagnosis to minimize repeat repairs and turnaround time Test vehicles post-repair to confirm successful rectification of reported issues Coordinate with service advisors for clear explanation of diagnostic findings Maintain diagnostic equipment software licenses and update tools regularly Follow manufacturer guidelines safety standards and workshop SOPs Maintain detailed records of diagnostics repairs and technical reports Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies hybrid and EV systems if applicable Required Skills Competencies Strong expertise in automotive electrical and electronic systems Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic scanners and OEM tools In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle systems engine management ADAS BCM ABS etc Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and handle complex technical issues Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Good communication skills for technical coordination Basic computer skills for reporting and software diagnostics Qualifications Experience Diploma ITI Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field 3-6 years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician preferably in luxury or premium brands Experience with multibrand luxury vehicles German British Japanese etc is an advantage Certification from OEMs or diagnostic tool providers will be an added benefit Working Conditions Workshop-based role involving diagnostic equipment and test drives Requires flexibility to handle urgent technical cases and breakdown diagnostics What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Exposure to multiple luxury and premium vehicle brands Advanced tools training and technical growth opportunities Professional and high-standard working environment Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
