Job Title Planning Engineer Job Summary The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing monitoring and controlling project schedules to ensure timely project execution The role involves coordinating with project teams to plan activities track progress analyze delays and support effective project delivery in line with contractual requirements Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 MS Project Prepare baseline programs look-ahead schedules and recovery plans Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly Analyze schedule variances critical paths and delays Prepare progress reports S-curves manpower histograms and dashboards Coordinate with project managers engineers procurement and site teams Support claims extension of time EOT and delay analysis when required Ensure planning activities comply with contract and project requirements Participate in progress meetings and provide planning input Maintain proper planning documentation and records Job Type Full time Pay Up to 700 000 00 per year Application Question s Do you have experience in construction real estate Must Have Experience Planning engineer of construction projects 6 years Required Work Location In person
