Job Purpose To accurately manage and maintain electronic medical records ensuring data integrity confidentiality and timely availability of patient information Roles Responsibilities Enter update and maintain patient records in the EMR system Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical data Scan upload and index patient documents Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for record completion Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times Assist users in basic EMR system operations Generate reports as required by management Support audits and accreditation requirements Follow hospital policies and standard operating procedures Qualification Diploma Degree in Medical Records Health Information Management or related field Basic knowledge of medical terminology Computer knowledge required Skills Required Good typing and data entry skills Attention to detail Communication and coordination skills Ability to maintain data security and confidentiality Experience Fresher 1-5 years experience in hospital EMR preferred Working Hours As per hospital shift schedule Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
