Job Summary We are a mid-sized specialty MRO chemicals manufacturing company based in Bahadurgarh Haryana seeking an experienced and technically strong professional to lead the Quality Department The role will oversee QC Lab Operations Quality Assurance R D activities and Safety Compliance ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Head QC lab operations for testing of RM PM and FG Lead R D activities including product development and troubleshooting Prepare and review quality and technical documents Test Methods TDS SDS BMR Specs Reports Manage QA systems as per ISO 9001 ISO 45001 Develop and implement safety protocols for hazardous chemicals and fire safety Requirements Minimum 10 years experience in FMCG household chemicals cosmetics formulated products Strong technical background with leadership experience Good organizational and team management skills Candidates from nearby locations preferred Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 75 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
