Study and review technical drawings tender documents BOQs and specifications Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials labour machining fabrication and other project activities Coordinate with engineering procurement production and planning teams to gather cost data Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors evaluate and compare offers Prepare technical and commercial proposals within deadlines Perform quantity take-offs from drawings Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options Assist in project budgeting and cost control Update and maintain cost databases and estimation templates Participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings when required Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and client requirements Experience 1 to 2 yrs Diploma Degree in Mechanical Civil Electrical or related engineering field Robust knowledge of materials manufacturing processes and industry standards Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems AutoCAD optional Good negotiation communication and analytical skills Accuracy attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Job Type Permanent Pay From 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
