Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician with hands-on experience across all major laboratory departments The candidate will be responsible for sample processing testing quality control equipment handling and maintaining compliance with laboratory standards and safety protocols Key Responsibilities Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests across departments including Hematology Biochemistry Microbiology Immunology Serology Clinical Pathology Histopathology if applicable Collect label process and store patient samples accurately Operate calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers Ensure adherence to SOPs NABL ISO guidelines and internal quality standards Perform internal quality control IQC and assist in external quality assurance EQAS Maintain accurate test records logs and documentation Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment or test-related issues Follow laboratory safety infection control and waste disposal protocols Coordinate with pathologists supervisors and other lab staff for smooth workflow Assist in training junior staff and interns when required Required Qualifications Diploma B Sc M Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology DMLT BMLT MMLT or equivalent Valid registration license if applicable as per local regulations Experience Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in a diagnostic laboratory Proven exposure to all major lab departments Experience in NABL-accredited lab preferred Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of laboratory procedures Good understanding of quality control and laboratory compliance Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team Basic computer skills LIS reporting systems Valuable communication and time-management skills Work Environment Diagnostic Pathology Laboratory Rotational shifts as per laboratory requirements Contact Details Contact Number (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
