Responsibilities 1 Backend Development Design and develop RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot Implement business logic core platform workflows and backend architecture Develop and maintain microservices for modular and scalable systems Write clean reusable and maintainable code following best practices 2 Database Data Management Design optimize and maintain database schemas in PostgreSQL Implement data access layers using JPA Hibernate Ensure data integrity security and consistency across the platform Optimize complex queries and database performance 3 System Integration Integrate backend systems with third-party platforms such as Shopify payment gateways etc Implement file upload storage and content management capabilities Develop and maintain ONIX metadata processing workflows Build analytics and reporting modules to support business insights 4 Platform Scalability Security Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security Ensure platform and data security following industry standards Improve application performance reliability and system scalability Implement caching layers and performance monitoring too Skills Required 4-6 years of experience in backend development with Java SpringBoot Robust understanding of microservices architecture Proficiency in PostgreSQL JPA Hibernate and ORM principles Experience with third-party API integrations and webhooks Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices Experience with caching Redis Equivalent and performance tuning Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 1 500 000 00 per year Work Location Hybrid remote in Seepz Mumbai Maharashtra
