Job Responsibilities Manage product categories on the e-commerce platform including product selection pricing and inventory management Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales growth and profitability Monitor and analyze sales performance identify gaps and recommend improvements Manage vendor relationships negotiate commercial terms and define performance metrics Develop maintain and optimize product content ensuring accuracy and timely updates Track industry and market trends and recommend new product categories or improvements to existing ones Lead guide and mentor a team of category specialists and analysts Provide oversight and conduct when required physical inventory checks and cycle counts Ensure compliance with FSSAI local authorities and regulatory requirements Required Experience Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or category management Excellent Excel skills with strong data analysis capabilities Solid analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making Hands-on experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication leadership and people-management skills Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product content management systems Thorough working knowledge of Amazon Flipkart and other online marketplaces mandatory Understanding of legal regulatory and product compliance requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Experience managing a team of category specialists or analysts preferred Strong ability to plan prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay From 48 000 00 per month Work Location In person
