Mobile Number (phone hidden) Job Summary The Warehouse Executive - Billing is responsible for preparing accurate billing documents coordinating with warehouse and accounts teams and ensuring timely dispatch and documentation of goods Key Responsibilities Prepare sales invoices delivery challans and E-way bills accurately Ensure billing is done as per approved sales orders and dispatch details Coordinate with warehouse logistics and sales teams for smooth dispatch Maintain billing records dispatch registers and stock-related documents Verify GST details pricing taxes and discounts before invoicing Handle returns credit notes and debit notes as required Ensure all invoices are shared with the accounts department on time Support monthly reconciliation of billed vs dispatched quantities Maintain proper filing of documents physical digital Follow company policies and statutory compliance related to billing Skills Requirements Experience in billing within a warehouse or manufacturing setup Good knowledge of GST E-way bill and invoicing procedures Working knowledge of ERP Tally billing software Basic understanding of inventory and dispatch processes Good computer skills MS Excel Word Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to coordinate with multiple departments Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
