About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Factory Operations Sales Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our factory and sales operations This is a varied hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working closely with production customers and management You ll play a key role in coordinating factory operations handling administrative tasks and supporting sales processes to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time Key Responsibilities Factory Operations Coordinate daily factory schedules and job orders Liaise with production staff to ensure workflow runs smoothly Monitor stock levels materials and supplies Assist with quality checks and production documentation Maintain accurate records relating to production and inventory Sales Customer Support Process customer orders from enquiry through to delivery Prepare quotes invoices and sales documentation Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email Coordinate delivery timelines with factory and logistics teams Support sales reporting and follow-ups Administration General office administration and data entry Maintain filing systems and operational records Assist with purchasing and supplier coordination Support management with reporting and ad-hoc tasks Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in any discipline 3-5 years relevant experience in operations administration sales coordination manufacturing or a similar role Experience working in a factory or production environment is highly regarded Skills Attributes Strong organisational and time-management skills Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Comfortable working in a quick-paced hands-on environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
