We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with proficiency in Tally and Excel to join our finance team The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records preparing reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Key Responsibilities Financial Record Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally and Excel Record daily transactions including accounts payable receivable invoices and bank reconciliations Financial Reporting Prepare financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements Generate periodic financial reports and present findings to management Manage accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timely payments and collections Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Candidates Preference Female Only Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Proven experience as an Accountant with a strong background in Tally and Excel Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or later versions is mandatory Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas pivot tables and data analysis tools Solid understanding of accounting principles standards and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Tally 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
