Job Title Senior Executive Solid Waste Management Logistics Operations Department Operations Experience Required Minimum 3 years in Solid Waste Management Logistics Operations Reports To VP AVP Company Profile WeVOIS Labs Pvt Ltd is a leading solid waste management company committed to building a cleaner and greener tomorrow With our cutting-edge IoT-based automated door-to-door waste collection systems we re revolutionizing urban waste management Our mission is to deliver eco-friendly efficient and data-driven waste collection solutions that foster sustainability and promote circular economy practices At WeVOIS our dedicated team of superheroes work tirelessly to ensure timely waste collection environmental cleanliness and operational excellence making cities cleaner and communities healthier every single day About the Role The Senior Executive Solid Waste Management - Logistics will be responsible for end-to-end management of waste collection operations This includes overseeing field teams ensuring adherence to operational standards managing logistics vehicles manpower and routes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for efficient service delivery This role demands strong leadership hands-on field management and data-driven decision-making skills to ensure high operational efficiency and compliance with company SOPs and municipal requirements Key Responsibilities Site Operations Management Supervise daily waste collection segregation and transportation activities Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures SOPs and safety protocols Conduct regular site monitoring to maintain operational discipline and hygiene standards Manage manpower deployment and attendance ensuring adequate resource availability Logistics Fleet Coordination Oversee vehicle scheduling route planning and GPS-based tracking to optimize collection routes Follow up for maintenance and timely servicing of vehicles and equipment Monitor fuel consumption trip logs and vehicle utilization for cost efficiency Team Supervision Performance Monitoring Lead and motivate field teams including drivers helpers and supervisors Conduct daily briefings assign tasks and ensure performance targets are met Train and mentor field staff on process improvements and safety measures Data Management Reporting Maintain accurate operational data including work performance route details and manpower reports Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly MIS reports to management Analyse performance trends to identify gaps and implement corrective actions Coordination Compliance Liaise with municipal authorities vendors and local communities for smooth operations Ensure all waste collection and disposal activities comply with local regulatory norms Handle ground challenges grievances and emergencies promptly Continuous Improvement Recommend and implement process improvements for operational efficiency Contribute to the deployment of technology solutions IoT systems mobile apps etc for better monitoring Support initiatives aimed at enhancing sustainability and resource optimisation Eligibility Criteria Graduate Postgraduate in Management Environmental Science Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Solid Waste Management Logistics Field Operations Proven track record of handling on-ground operational teams and multiple stakeholders Strong understanding of waste collection systems route optimisation and manpower management Technical Reporting Responsibilities Strong hands-on working knowledge of SBM Portal VTS dashboards IoT tracking systems Advanced Excel MIS dashboards pivot tables tracking sheets Skills Competencies Leadership and team management in field operations Strong analytical and reporting skills Excel MIS dashboards Knowledge of logistics fleet management and supply chain operations Excellent problem-solving coordination and decision-making ability Effective communication and stakeholder management Familiarity with IoT-based or GPS-enabled operational systems preferred Other Requirements Willing to work in field intensive environment Comfortable with early morning shifts and emergency calls Strong leadership presence on ground Ability to handle pressure and multiple stakeholders Ready to travel locally within project zones Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
