Job Title Test Lead Release Manager DevOps Product Development Experience Location Kochi Kerala Employment Type Full-Time Experience Required 5 to 7 Years Position Overview We are seeking a highly competent and results-driven Test Lead Release Manager to join our engineering team in Kochi Kerala The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance release management and DevOps practices preferably within a product development environment This role requires excellent leadership skills technical acumen and a proactive mindset to ensure high-quality software delivery and efficient release processes Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance Leadership Lead and manage all aspects of software testing across multiple projects Design and implement comprehensive test plans and automation frameworks Oversee functional regression integration and performance testing processes Mentor junior QA team members and enforce testing standards and best practices Continuously enhance QA methodologies in line with industry standards Release Management Plan coordinate and manage software releases across development staging and production environments Define release processes establish timelines and ensure adherence to release schedules Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development and DevOps to ensure readiness for deployment Maintain release documentation version control and rollback strategies DevOps Automation Integration Integrate automated test suites within CI CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI CD or Azure DevOps Collaborate with the DevOps team to maintain environment stability and ensure seamless deployments Utilize containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes to support scalable and consistent testing environments Monitor and report on test coverage build quality and release performance Product Development Involvement Actively participate in product roadmap discussions sprint planning and requirement analysis Translate product features and user stories into testable scenarios and QA tasks Provide early feedback on usability performance and reliability during product design and development stages Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementations from a quality perspective Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 5 to 7 years of experience in software testing release management and DevOps practices Proven experience in working within a product development workplace Proficiency in test automation tools e g Selenium JMeter Postman Hands-on experience with CI CD pipelines Git Docker and container orchestration e g Kubernetes Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and associated tools e g Jira Confluence Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Application Question s How many years of experience do you have in the similar field This posting will be in Kochi Will you be able to commute Are you willing to accept the offered Salary range Work Location In person
