Key Role Responsibilities Civil Engineer Technical 1 Gather all the required data points and fill-up the data sheet and submit with as built drawing for further processing 2 Support to Plan and organize activities before execution to ensure all steps are carried out without fail 3 Support the technical team in preparing proposals final reports auto cad drawings as and when required 4 Monitor the work of site supervisors to ensure that installation of rain water harvesting systems is done as per the approved design 5 Co-ordinate with site- supervisor from client side and resolve onsite issues to ensure that work starts and is completed on time as per the approved design 6 Inspect the end to end installation first-hand of completed project to ensure it is as per approved design and set standards before getting the senior technical team for final inspection 7 Plan local and outstation site visits and do a thorough inspection of the site 8 Vendor development Building the database of various products and other material being used in rain water harvesting and their sourcing and pricing 9 Regular reporting to the reporting manager and senior management on pipeline ongoing projects and other technical aspects To obtain the approval for Rain Water Harvesting proposals Projects up to Rs 5 lakh costing from the Chief Architect and Sr Engneer and from CMD for proposal above Rs 5 Lakhs Discuss and finalized the designing concepts corrections improvizations with CMD and finalized the same Operational 1 Co-ordinate with reporting manager to plan the daily and weekly tasks 2 Update reporting manager with the status of ongoing projects on day to day basis 3 Escalate Seek support from seniors where necessary to ensure timely completion of the project 4 Submit initial and follow-up site visit data to office on time 5 Submit expense reports to Accounts Team on time 6 Improvise the internal processes if necessary to increase operational efficiency and deliver better value to the customer 7 Establish effective channels for external communication between clients vendors business associates etc 8 Update Maintain ISO Documentation of Technical Dept 9 To recommend and forward leave application for more than one day of the employee working in the technical department of the company Adhere to the company s philosophy and policies at all times Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Thane Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
