Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Design Coordinator with at least 3 years of relevant experience to manage and coordinate design activities across projects The role involves close collaboration with architects designers consultants vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery quality control and alignment with project requirements Key Responsibilities Coordinate design development activities from concept to final execution Act as a point of contact between design teams project managers consultants and vendors Review design drawings layouts and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project standards Ensure timely submission and approval of design deliverables as per project timelines Track design revisions approvals and documentation systematically Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives Resolve design-related issues and ensure smooth information flow across teams Maintain design records BOQs and version control Assist in coordination during site execution to ensure design intent is maintained Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in design coordination or a similar role Strong understanding of design drawings construction documents and specifications Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and basic knowledge of design tools Revit SketchUp is a plus Excellent coordination communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 391 392 62 - 1 374 381 13 per year Perks Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
