Roles and Responsibilities Student Supervision Discipline Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations Ensure students follow daily routines study hours and lights-off timings Address behavioral issues and counsel students when required Safety Security Ensure the safety and security of students at all times Monitor entry and exit of students and visitors Conduct regular roll calls and night checks Handle emergencies promptly and report incidents to school authorities Student Welfare Care Act as a guardian to students and support their emotional and physical well-being Coordinate with parents regarding students health behavior or concerns Arrange medical care and accompany students when required Hostel Administration Maintain hostel records attendance leave register visitor register and incident reports Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of hostel rooms and common areas Coordinate with housekeeping kitchen and security staff Academic Support Ensure a disciplined study environment during study hours Coordinate with teachers regarding students academic performance and conduct Food Hygiene Monitoring Supervise food quality hygiene and meal timings Address student feedback related to food and facilities Coordination Reporting Report regularly to the Head of Institution Management Assist in hostel inspections audits and school events Qualifications Skills Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred Experience in a school hostel or residential institution is an advantage Strong disciplinary leadership and counseling skills Good communication skills in English and local language Ability to handle adolescents with care and firmness Physically fit and mentally alert Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 25 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
