We re looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager who will be the key link between our design team artisans and production workflow You ll manage day-to-day operations ensure quality control and maintain accurate production records Key Responsibilities Artisan Coordination Issue materials to artisans collect finished work and maintain accurate artisan accounts in Excel Quality Control QC Inspect all received pieces for design accuracy finish quality and craftsmanship standards Production Oversight Monitor each stage of silver jewellery making filing polishing stone setting etc to ensure smooth workflow Inventory Management Track raw materials semi-finished goods and finished stock Process Supervision Ensure timelines are met and quality is consistent Requirements Experience in silver jewellery manufacturing processes Knowledge of Jadau work is a plus Comfortable with Excel and basic account management Solid organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects Prior experience in a jewellery manufacturing setup preferred 1-2 years but not strictly required if you have solid process knowledge Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Your current Industry Your current location City Your current CTC Your expected CTC Notice period Experience silver jewellery manufacturing 3 years Required Jadau work 1 year Preferred Excel and basic account management 1 year Preferred Jewellery manufacturing setup 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
