Job Role Responsibilities 1 Preparation of block model layouts of greenfield brownfield sites as per requirement provided by client 2 Take lead role in design finalization of various projects with consultants and multiple stakeholders in MSIL 3 Conduct workshops with design consultant and all MSIL stakeholders key decision makers in order to streamline their observation and finalize the design on timely manner 4 Adherence of compliances in layout preparation through National Building Code local codes etc 5 Take lead role in appointment of various consultants through MSIL Tendering process 6 Checking of Architectural MEP drawings Tender etc from consultants client 7 Checking of Bill of quantity w r t drawings documents 8 Documentation both soft hard copy 9 Working on PowerPoint MS word Excel etc Technical Functional 1 Hands on experience working on Auto CAD Software positive speed of drafting skill 2 Hands on experience working on Power point excel Word 3 Knowledge understanding of National Building code compliances other statutory bye laws regulations Qualification Bachelor of Architecture
