Job Title Telecaller - Home Loan Department Female Only Location Pune Company Cityfolio Realty Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller for our Home Loan Department The incumbent will be responsible for generating qualified home loan leads engaging prospective customers and coordinating with relationship managers across multiple banks and financial institutions to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursement This role is critical to driving revenue through efficient lead conversion and cross-functional coordination Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Prospecting Proactively call potential customers to identify home loan requirements Qualify leads based on eligibility budget and urgency Maintain a healthy daily calling and conversion ratio as per targets Customer Engagement Follow-up Explain home loan products interest rates and basic eligibility criteria Schedule appointments for the sales loan processing team Conduct systematic follow-ups to move prospects through the funnel Bank Coordination Liaise with relationship managers and credit teams of multiple banks and NBFCs Share client documents and track application status Ensure timely approvals sanction letters and disbursement coordination Data Management Reporting Update CRM with accurate lead status call outcomes and bank responses Prepare daily and weekly lead and conversion reports for management review Process Compliance Ensure all documentation and communication adhere to company and bank policies Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of customer information Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in telecalling preferably in home loans banking or financial services Strong communication and persuasion skills in English Hindi and Marathi Basic understanding of home loan products eligibility and documentation Ability to work with targets and performance-driven KPIs Proficient in CRM systems and MS Excel Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
