Job Title KAM - Ecom Qcom Experience Required 5 Years Location Ahmedabad Department Sales E-Commerce Reporting To Head of E-Commerce Sales Director Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online business across marketplaces and D2C websites The ideal candidate will manage key marketplace accounts improve product visibility enhance conversion rates and drive revenue growth through strategic planning performance marketing inputs and cross-functional collaboration Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management Manage relationships and business operations with Qcom Ecom partners Ensure timely listing relisting and optimization of product catalogues Drive revenue growth through promotions ads and platform-led opportunities Track and manage platform payments returns claims and penalties D2C Website Management If Applicable Oversee website updates product pages banners and user experience improvements Coordinate with performance marketing teams for traffic and conversion optimization Analyse customer behaviour A B test funnels and improve retention metrics Sales Planning Growth Build monthly and quarterly sales plans for all e-commerce platforms Drive visibility via deals pricing strategies and exclusive online launches Monitor competition pricing promotions and new launches Operations Inventory Supply Chain Coordination Ensure optimal stock availability across fulfilment centres Work closely with supply chain teams to minimize OOS returns and delivery issues Monitor marketplace SLAs to maintain high service performance Marketing Content Optimization Coordinate with content and creative teams for A pages images and videos Manage marketplace ads AMS Flipkart Ads etc and improve RoAS Lead review generation initiatives and improve seller ratings Reporting Data Analysis Create weekly monthly dashboards analysing sales marketing performance inventory and profitability Identify business opportunities through data-driven insights Key Requirements Job Type Full time Pay 100 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Work Location In person
