ID 960 0-4 yrs India careers Job Title Business Executive Job Location Baner Pune Experience 0-1 Year Shift Monday to Friday 5 PM IST to 2 00 AM IST About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Executive to join our cybersecurity sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers engaging prospects and driving sales of cybersecurity solutions and services You will work closely with our technical and marketing teams to generate qualified leads present tailored solutions and help clients strengthen their security posture Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for cybersecurity services e g VAPT SOC SIEM DLP NAC Endpoint Security Managed Security Services Engage with IT decision-makers such as CISOs CTOs and IT Managers through calls emails LinkedIn and meetings Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points Work with technical teams to prepare proposals presentations and customized solutions Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure Maintain CRM records track opportunities and prepare periodic sales reports Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and channel partners Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Required Skills Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales inside sales or business development Robust understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies training will be provided Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Proven ability to handle B2B clients and achieve sales targets Comfortable with outbound calling emailing and LinkedIn prospecting Self-motivated result-oriented and a team player Bachelor s degree in any discipline preferably IT Computer Science or Business Management Preferred Skills Good to Have Prior experience selling IT infrastructure managed services or cybersecurity solutions Familiarity with CRM tools HubSpot Zoho or Salesforce Awareness of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 GDPR or NIST What We Offer Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with leading cybersecurity experts Ongoing training and certification support Dynamic and growth-oriented work culture Career advancement opportunities in cybersecurity sales
