Job description Job Title Nurse Salary Range 35 000 -45 000 per month based on experience and skills Experience Required 3 to 8 years Position Overview The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients Key Responsibilities 1 Clinical Nursing Care Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to patients Assist doctors during OPD consultations minor procedures and surgical interventions Monitor patient vitals and ensure timely documentation in patient records 2 Operation Theatre Support Assist in ophthalmic OT procedures Ensure OT preparedness instrument sterilization and adherence to infection control protocols Follow hospital SOPs strictly in OT and ward areas 3 Patient Safety Education Educate patients and attendants about treatment plans medications and post-surgical care Ensure patient comfort safety and confidentiality at all times Identify and report any adverse events or patient concerns to the concerned authority 4 Documentation Compliance Maintain accurate nursing documentation as per NABH standards Follow hospital policies for medication administration infection control and waste management Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives 5 Coordination Teamwork Coordinate effectively with doctors OT staff front office and support teams Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
