JD for INTERIOR DESIGNER Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Interior Designer with strong sales acumen to join our Sales Design team In this hybrid role you will be responsible for consulting with clients creating compelling design solutions and driving sales by delivering outstanding customer experiences You ll act as both a designer and a sales consultant helping clients transform their spaces while meeting sales goals Key Responsibilities Sales Engage with potential clients to understand their needs preferences and budget Conduct showroom consultations site visits or virtual meetings to pitch design concepts Develop and present customized design proposals and quotations Drive revenue by closing sales and upselling products and services Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Design Create space plans mood boards and 2D 3D visualizations based on client needs Select materials finishes furniture and accessories that align with design goals and brand standards Prepare and revise design presentations including CAD drawings and layout plans Collaborate with project managers contractors and suppliers to ensure design integrity and execution Stay current with industry trends products and technology Qualifications Bachelor s degree in interior design Architecture or related field Proven experience in interior design with a focus on residential or commercial spaces 2 years of sales experience ideally in a design-related or high-end retail workplace Proficiency in design tools e g AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Customer-focused with a passion for design and sales Preferred Skills Experience in a showroom or retail environment Knowledge of furniture fabrics lighting and finishes Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 2 years Preferred Location Jaipur Rajasthan Preferred Work Location In person
