Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Real Estate to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads managing client relationships and closing property sales You must have excellent communication skills a good understanding of the real estate market and a passion for delivering top-notch service Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking cold calling and other lead generation activities Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential buyers or tenants Understand client needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth closing process Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws market conditions and pricing Prepare and present proposals agreements and other documentation related to real estate transactions Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients Coordinate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field preferred Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated goal-oriented and a solid team player Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Knowledge of local property laws and market trends Valid real estate license if required by law Own vehicle and willingness to travel if applicable Preferred Skills Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Experience in luxury or commercial real estate optional Strong presentation and client relationship skills Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
