Job Title Accounts Executive Experience 1-2 years Location Kolkata Employment Type Full time About the Role At MyProlist India Online Services Pvt Ltd we re growing fast and we re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance Department The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting and statutory compliances and be ready to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries invoices payments and bank reconciliations Handle GST TDS and Professional Tax filings and ensure timely compliance Prepare and maintain books of accounts in compliance with statutory requirements Assist in payroll processing and related compliance activities Coordinate with auditors and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date Maintain vendor and client payment records and ensure smooth financial transactions Support in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries for management review Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance 1-3 years of experience in accounting and compliance management Strong knowledge of GST FIRMS TDS PF ESIC PT FDI and other statutory compliances Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel Excellent attention to detail analytical thinking and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We Offer A collaborative and growth-driven work culture Exposure to end-to-end finance operations and compliance management Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing organization and build your career in finance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Application Question s current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Work Location In person
