- Junior Accountant Company MFS Location Unit No 709 7th Floor Essgee Options One Near Tilak Bhawan S B Marg Dadar W Mumbai Maharashtra - 400028 Experience 0-1 year Fresher Salary Range 15 000 - 20 000 per month Gender Male or Female Working Days Monday to Saturday Working Hours 10 30 AM - 8 30 PM About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounts team The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge robust numerical skills and the ability to learn quickly Freshers with good understanding of accounting fundamentals are welcome Roles Responsibilities1 Daily Accounting Tasks Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or relevant software Record sales purchase receipts payments and journal entries Update and reconcile ledgers regularly 2 Invoice Documentation Management Prepare and maintain invoices bills challans and supporting documents Handle vendor bills and employee reimbursement records Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records 3 Bank Cash Handling Assist in daily cash book maintenance Help with bank reconciliation statements BRS Track payments deposits withdrawals and fund transfers 4 GST Tax Support Assist in GST data preparation sales purchases input-output reconciliation Support in filing GST returns under supervision Maintain records required for taxation and audits 5 Accounts Payable Receivable Support in follow-up for payments from clients Coordinate with vendors for invoice clarifications and payment status Update receivable payable aging reports 6 Reporting Coordination Prepare basic MIS reports as instructed by seniors Support senior accountants during audits and monthly closings Coordinate with internal teams for data collection 7 Additional Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality of financial data Perform any other accounting or admin-related tasks assigned by management Skills Required Basic knowledge of accounting principles Familiarity with Tally MS Excel and MS Office Strong numerical and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination abilities Willingness to learn and grow in the accounts field Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
