Job Title F B Service AssociateDepartment Food BeverageReports To F B Supervisor Restaurant ManagerJob Summary The F B Service Associate is responsible for providing courteous professional and efficient food and beverage service to hotel guests The role ensures a high standard of service guest satisfaction and adherence to hotel policies and hygiene standards Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus explain menu items and provide recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen bar Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards Ensure tables and service areas are clean properly set and well maintained Handle guest requests inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently Clear tables and reset them for the next service Process guest bills and handle payments accurately Follow hotel service procedures hygiene and safety standards Assist with setup and service for banquets events and room service when required Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Skills High school diploma or equivalent hospitality training is an advantage Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a positive attitude Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of food beverage service and hygiene standards Personal Attributes Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
