Company Description The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services in the areas of automotive technology industrial technology consumer goods energy and building technology In India the Group operates through six subsidiaries with a combined associate strength of around 26 000 and a group turnover of around Rs 13 200 crores in 2013 In India Bosch Limited is the flagship company of the Bosch Group Over and above a strong presence in the India Automotive services sector Bosch in India has a vast service network that spans across 1 000 towns and cities with over 3000 service outlets As the largest auto component supplier in the country setting a benchmark in the sectors it operates in the company has to its credit several laurels We invite promising and dynamic professionals for a long-term and rewarding career with Bosch Purpose of the Position Provide expert controls technology support for testing stations in eAxle manufacturing driving industrialization of high-volume lines ensuring compliance with PGL standards and delivering robust PLC Robot and MES integration for reliable and efficient production operations Key Responsibilities Act as local expert for controls technology in testing stations ensuring compliance with PGL requirements Support creation of specifications for special machines and oversee execution with suppliers Contribute to industrialization of production lines Stator Rotor or Final Assembly with a focus on testing processes Coordinate special machine construction projects including FAT SAT and ramp-up activities Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC Robot and MES systems Provide controls technology inputs and updates for process improvements Support relevant parts of PGL controls technology and maintain documentation for lessons learned Qualifications Skills Competencies Strong technical expertise in PLC programming robotics and MES systems Knowledge of electrical systems circuit diagrams and machine control architecture Experience in industrializing high-volume production lines preferably in automotive or electrified powertrain sectors Familiarity with special process technologies Schenck Bihler MPT SLCR Ability to coordinate with cross-functional and global teams Solid troubleshooting problem-solving and documentation skills Education BE B Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Experience Minimum 7 years in electrical maintenance controls technology or production line industrialization within high-volume manufacturing environments Additional Information This role is pivotal in ensuring robust and reliable controls technology for testing processes in eAxle manufacturing It directly contributes to quality efficiency and uptime while enabling Bosch Electrified Motion to deliver world-class electrified powertrain solutions
