Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective and existing students in choosing the right academic programs and career paths The role involves counseling follow-ups admissions support and maintaining strong student relationships Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regarding academic courses certifications and career opportunities Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and chat inquiries Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions Explain course details fee structure eligibility and admission process Maintain and update student data in CRM systems Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding Resolve student queries in a timely and skilled manner Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification 12th pass Graduate preferred Experience Freshers can apply 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling education sales or student support is an advantage Good communication skills English Hindi regional language is a plus Basic knowledge of MS Excel CRM and email communication Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Convincing and negotiation abilities Target-oriented mindset Empathy and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
