Job Summary The Site Supervisor for Interior Work will be responsible for overseeing all in office interior execution activities to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards This role involves coordinating with contractors vendors designers and clients to manage daily site operations efficiently Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior work at the site Ensure all interior activities carpentry electrical plumbing false ceiling painting flooring etc are executed as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with project managers architects designers and contractors to ensure smooth workflow Maintain quality control and safety standards at the site Track material requirements and manage inventory to avoid project delays Prepare and maintain daily progress reports DPR Verify measurements and quantities for billing purposes Handle site-related issues and provide practical solutions to keep work progress on schedule Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance at all times Attend project meetings and update management about progress and issues Qualifications Skills Diploma or Degree in Civil Interior Design Architecture or related field 3-7 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out or finishing work Strong understanding of interior design drawings BOQs and materials Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure timely completion Basic computer knowledge MS Office AutoCAD reading preferred Robust problem-solving and decision-making ability Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
