1 Sales process management The Operational Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish They must ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the company s sales strategy 2 Building Customer Relationships The Operational Sales Manager must build and maintain robust relationships with key customers ensuring their needs are being met and addressing any concerns they may have This involves developing effective communication strategies and regularly engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences 3 Identify new potential customers Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients This includes conducting market visits to identify trends competitor activity and potential clients 4 Managing Sales Leads The Operational Sales manager must manage the organization s sales leads effectively ensuring that they are properly nurtured and converted into sales 5 Managing Customer Feedback The Operational Sales Officer must manage customer feedback effectively ensuring that customer concerns and issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner This involves creating a customer feedback system analyzing customer feedback data and using this information to improve the organization s products services and sales processes 6 Represent the company at industry events Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows This includes networking with potential clients staying current on industry trends and competitor activity and promoting the company s products and services 7 Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards Ensure compliance with all company s policies procedures and standards This includes ensuring that all sales activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
