We are seeking a versatile and innovative Graphic Designer Multimedia Creator with at least three years of professional experience to join our dynamic creative team The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across various digital and print media with proven expertise in both graphic design and video production editing A working knowledge of leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and creative output is essential for this role Key Responsibilities Conceptualise design and produce high-quality visual content for a range of platforms including social media posts website assets presentations email campaigns and print marketing materials Plan shoot when necessary edit and produce engaging video content including short-form social media videos e g Reels Shorts promotional ads and internal communications Create and integrate motion graphics animations and visual effects to enhance video projects and digital campaigns Utilise AI-powered design and video tools e g Midjourney Runway DALL-E to streamline workflows generate innovative concepts and enhance the quality and efficiency of creative deliverables Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing content creators and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions Manage multiple projects simultaneously priorities tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in graphic design video editing and AI technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team Required Skills and Qualifications 3 years of proven professional experience in graphic design and video editing supported by a robust diverse online portfolio showcasing a range of projects Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro and After Effects Working knowledge and hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools Strong understanding of design principles colour theory typography and layout design Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail A Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts Multimedia Arts or a related field is often preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with UI UX design principles Basic knowledge of HTML CSS Experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
