We are looking for skilled Plumber Electrician professionals to support the day-to-day maintenance needs of our premises The role involves handling all plumbing and electrical installations troubleshooting issues performing repairs and ensuring smooth and protected functioning of all utility systems Plumbing Responsibilities Install repair and maintain water supply lines sanitation pipelines and fixtures Diagnose and fix leakages blockages and motor tank-related issues Install repair taps valves motors tanks and plumbing fittings Conduct routine inspections to ensure smooth water flow Maintain inventory of plumbing materials and ensure proper usage Electrical Responsibilities Install maintain and repair electrical wiring switches panels and lighting systems Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely repair Inspect electrical systems for hazards or repair requirements Handle electrical equipment such as pumps motors and MCB panels Ensure compliance with safety standards in all electrical work Job Type Full-time Pay 180 000 00 - 240 000 00 per year Work Location In person
