Job Summary Role Overview The Center Head is responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching delivery curriculum implementation trainer performance student learning outcomes and academic excellence across the center The role involves planning academic schedules maintaining learning standards and ensuring student satisfaction and results Key Responsibilities1 Academic Planning Delivery Plan and implement class schedules learning plans and academic calendars Ensure syllabus completion within timelines and maintain teaching standards Monitor quality of classroom delivery and training sessions 2 Student Performance Results Track student attendance performance and progress regularly Ensure students receive required support assignments and assessments Identify learning gaps and implement improvement strategies 3 Faculty Trainer Management Lead and manage the team of trainers or faculty Conduct regular academic reviews classroom observations and feedback sessions Organize training and skill enhancement programs for trainers 4 Academic Quality Control Maintain high standards of teaching curriculum delivery and academic discipline Ensure implementation of company s academic policies and guidelines Conduct periodic assessments tests and audits 5 Student Parent Engagement Handle student or parent escalations professionally and in a timely manner Conduct parent meetings feedback sessions and counseling support Work towards improving student satisfaction and retention 6 Reporting Coordination Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly academic reports Coordinate with Center Head administration and other departments Maintain academic documentation and compliance reports Interested Candidates may apply hr blitzacademy org OR Contact (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Master s Preferred Experience Academics Admin 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
