Job Title Diaper Machine Operator Location Pithampur Job Type Full time Industry Manufacturing Hygiene Products Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor diaper production machines to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum wastage Maintain machine settings and conditions to ensure smooth operations and product quality as per standards Perform line clearance and machine checks during shift changes Ensure proper functioning of assets and equipment at target speeds Continuously monitor processes and implement corrective actions based on feedback from Quality Control Achieve production targets for the shift while maintaining quality parameters and waste reduction goals Optimize utilization of raw materials and resources Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance work on CAPA to reduce defects Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company GMP practices Implement safety practices to achieve zero accidents incidents Maintain 5S workplace organization and housekeeping standards Required Knowledge Skills Understanding of Quality Management Systems In-process Quality Inspection and Positive Documentation Practices Familiarity with 5S Workplace Management and Diaper Technology Ability to communicate effectively oral and written solve problems and supervise machine activities Capability to train and coach team members Education Experience BE Diploma ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing Strong technical aptitude and machine operation skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
