Mechanical QA QC Inspector - Pressure Vessels Piping 5-8 yrs Location Vadodara - IOCL Gujarat Job Type Contract On-site We are hiring experienced Mechanical QA QC Inspectors 2nd Party with solid exposure to fabrication welding piping and equipment erection in refinery or similar industrial projects Candidates must have hands-on experience in inspection and compliance as per project specifications and ASME codes Responsibilities Review construction drawings project specifications WPS PQR WPQ and ASME Section VIII Div 1 Section IX and B31 3 Conduct inspections for material verification fit-up welding NDT PWHT hydrotest painting and final dimensional checks Monitor welding parameters consumables and welder qualification validity Coordinate with client third-party inspectors and fabrication teams Prepare and maintain quality documentation ITP QAP WPS PQR NDT reports MTC heat number records and final dossiers Raise NCRs and support corrective and preventive action implementation Ensure compliance with code standards safety and quality requirements Participate in audits and QMS-related activities Requirements BE B Tech Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 5-8 years experience in Pressure Vessels Fabrication Welding Piping Equipment Erection Practical understanding of ASME codes and industrial quality systems Familiarity with NDT activities RT UT MT PT PMI Hardness etc Strong documentation and inspection report preparation skills Skills Knowledge of NDE WPS PQR MTC and heat number traceability Problem solving and analytical skills Effective communication and coordination skills Work Schedule Full-time Project Based Application Interested candidates can share their updated CVs Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
