We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive growth in the renewable energy sector The ideal candidate should have strong experience in solar product service sales team leadership and client relationship management Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential commercial and industrial solar markets Lead motivate and manage the sales team to meet performance goals Conduct market research to track industry trends competitor activities and customer requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with customers consultants channel partners and key stakeholders Prepare proposals quotations and presentations for clients Negotiate pricing project terms and contracts with customers Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth installation and handover Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analysis for management review Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and legal requirements Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred 3-5 years of proven experience in solar energy sales or renewable energy industry Robust knowledge of solar power solutions EPC models net metering and government policies subsidies Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications Strong customer relationship and networking skills Preferred Attributes Self-driven and target-oriented approach Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Willingness to travel based on business needs Salary Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Travel allowances Professional training and growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
