About the Role M N Professionals LLP is expanding its Loans Financial Services operations and is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager BDM - Loans to drive business across retail customers SMEs and traders The role begins as an individual contributor with the opportunity to take on team-building responsibilities in the next phase of growth Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Sales Source loan leads across personal loans business loans SME loans home loans LAP vehicle loans and other loan categories Generate business through direct sourcing and by onboarding managing DSAs connectors and referral partners Conduct client meetings gather requirements and manage loan documentation Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with customers DSAs and financial partners Coordinate with lenders for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement Market Expansion Actively cover the expanded Tricity region including Kharar and Rajpura Identify new opportunities and maintain competitive intelligence Compliance Reporting Ensure complete documentation and adherence to lender requirements Submit weekly MIS reports on leads conversions and disbursements Maintain compliance with internal processes of M N Professionals LLP Expected KPIs Targets Suggested Monthly Disbursement 25-35 lakhs Quarterly Disbursement 75 lakhs - 1 crore Lead Generation 40-50 qualified leads month DSA Onboarding 4-6 active DSAs per month Experience Requirements Minimum 4-6 years of experience in loan sales corporate DSAs NBFCs or fintech loan sourcing Solid network in the Tricity area preferred Qualification No bar but must have excellent communication skills and strong client-handling ability Reporting Reports directly to Partners Why Join M N Professionals LLP Opportunity to learn and grow under experienced management professionals Exposure to diverse loan products and real market environments Fast-growth role with future leadership scope Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
