About Lyra Lyra Health is the leading provider of mental health solutions for employers supporting more than 20 million people globally The company has delivered 13 million sessions of mental health care published more than 20 peer-reviewed studies and delivered unmatched outcomes in terms of access clinical effectiveness and cost efficiency Extensive peer-reviewed research confirms Lyra s transformative care model helps people recover twice as fast and results in a 26 annual reduction in overall healthcare claims costs Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower the only fully integrated AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions Lyra Health International are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to reside in India This is a hybrid role with 4 days to be based in the Mumbai office 1 day working from home reporting into the Global People Manager and sitting within the international People team You will lead all HR activity for the APAC region which includes Singapore India and Malaysia and support on global projects You will play a key role in supporting the company s period of growth and change and be a role model for the expected behaviours and attitudes Key Responsibilities Becoming the point of contact for all integrations related activities and working with the People Team to disseminate information and ensure due diligence is timely and issues raised and escalated where needed Supporting integrations by building trusted relationships with all stakeholders and utilising the relationships to drive forward HR projects With support from the management team assist in the implementation of the People strategy through various initiatives To provide guidance where needed in a full range of people-centric activities including policies and procedures terms and conditions of employment absence management recruitment retention performance management employee relations employee reward learning and development health and welfare and compliance requirements To head cases of dispute disorder discipline performance and grievances in a timely manner in accordance with company values team values while being local governmental guidance abiding To build and maintain close and effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation and subsidiaries including the ability to support the communication of complex sensitive and contentious information To handle controlled data always ensuring security in line with company policies and accreditations To ensure the sharing of accurate and timely information within the team To support where needed the preparation and maintenance of online and hard copy personnel files in line with changes and to ensure new employees have all HR documentation required ensuring adherence to company policy and legislation Responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting of data to Payroll HR shared documents In house trackers and 3rd party benefit schemes where necessary To provide support and lead where appropriate various projects and events throughout the year to support the People Strategy To support the Global People Manager with the implementation and upkeep of HR strategies and policies To provide up to date information for the purposes of payroll to ensure all information and payments are correct To ensure adherence to local employment legislation in a multitude of countries by building relationships locally and seeking guidance when appropriate Qualifications MBA in Human Resources is essential Minimum of 5 years working in a similar role Must have excellent IT literacy skills particularly in Microsoft packages and the google stack Practical experience of APAC employee legislation highly preferred Singapore and Malaysia specifically Previous experience of working in a HR capacity outside of India is essential Previous experience of HR systems -
