We are looking for Senior Tender Executive - Construction Job Purpose The Senior Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process for commercial construction projects ensuring accurate preparation of bid documents compliance with client requirements and submission within deadlines The role requires strong knowledge of construction industry practices contracts cost estimation and coordination with internal teams to secure profitable projects Key Responsibilities Tendering Bidding Identify track and evaluate tenders in commercial construction government private Review tender documents drawings BOQs specifications and contract conditions Prepare and submit pre-qualification technical and commercial proposals Work with estimation teams for accurate costing pricing and financial inputs Documentation Compliance Ensure tender submissions meet all statutory technical and contractual requirements Prepare necessary documentation including EMD BG certifications and client forms Maintain tender database and track tender status clarifications and follow-ups Coordination Communication Liaise with project managers engineers procurement and finance for bid inputs Communicate with clients consultants and government authorities for clarifications Support contract negotiation and finalization after successful bid award Market Business Support Conduct competitor analysis and market research for construction projects Provide management with insights on bid performance and success ratios Support business development by identifying upcoming commercial construction opportunities Key Skills Competencies In-depth knowledge of commercial construction projects buildings offices malls complexes Strong understanding of tendering contracts BOQ and construction drawings Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD basic and e-procurement portals Excellent communication negotiation and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines Qualifications Experience Graduate in Diploma Civil Engineering Civil Engineering Construction Management Commerce MBA preferred 3-8 years of experience in tendering and contracts within the commercial construction industry Proven track record in handling government and private sector construction tenders Gender Male candidates only Must be willing to work at project sites Must be ready to join immediately Job Type Full time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
