Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Workforce Intelligence AnalystWhat we do At Kenvue we realize the extraordinary power of everyday care Built on over a century of heritage and rooted in science we re the house of iconic brands - including NEUTROGENA AVEENO TYLENOL LISTERINE JOHNSON S and BAND-AID that you already know and love Science is our passion care is our talent Who We Are Our global team is 22 000 brilliant people with a workplace culture where every voice matters and every contribution is appreciated We are passionate about insights innovation and committed to delivering the best products to our customers With expertise and empathy being a Kenvuer means having the power to impact millions of people every day We put people first care fiercely earn trust with science and solve with courage - and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you Join us in shaping our future-and yours Role reports to Head of Reporting Analytics EnablementLocation Asia Pacific India Karnataka BangaloreWork Location HybridWhat you will do Position Title Workforce Intelligence Partnership Analyst Sub-function People Experience Breadth Global This will be the description used when the role is posted on the career hub The Workforce Intelligence Partnership Analyst will together with the Head of Data Reporting and Analytics be responsible for executing daily activities to ensure overall end-to-end data management quality retention orchestration and visualization of our workforce intelligence solution across the HR ecosystem The Analyst will manage all day-to-day activities related to workforce data management requests ensuring complete service delivery including user management change management incident management configuration management communication and knowledge management of the Workforce Intelligence Data Reporting and Analytics solution Major accountabilities include Oversee the complete Workforce Intelligence Data Reporting and Analytics capabilities in Kenvue s Visier instance Execute the Product strategy in areas of user management change management incident management configuration management communication and knowledge management Be a Subject Matter Expert in a People Experience Domain Act as a product owner daily deliver high-quality services User management -accurate compliant and complete access policy Change management - convenient end-user intake process backlog management tasks alignment with the product roadmap and business strategy exact execution and vendor cooperation coordination Incident management - timely collection acknowledgment assessment and resolution coordination with the IT partners vendor and stakeholder Configuration management - maintain accurate documented up-to-date configuration library Communication management - plan coordinate with comms team own and execute entire communication with stakeholders Knowledge management - maintain internal knowledge of the solution documentation training materials and knowledge sharing Continuously identify stakeholders needs and offer ideas and solutions for its realization Together with the Data Quality team maintain the Data Catalogue repository covering Data Lineage Glossary Data Dictionary Proactively seek and identify opportunities to improve the quality of the solution service delivery and coordinate improvement initiatives Drive accurate complete updated workforce data across functions by interacting with various colleagues as measured by monthly success metrics Position Requirements Consider and identify requirements potential applicants must meet to be considered for the position A minimum of three 3 years of progressive experience in data management Mandatory 2 years experience with administering the Visier application different modules Proven recent experience with increasing accuracy and completeness of workforce data Experience with HR Information Systems WorkDay that manage data across the employee lifecycle Deep experience with data transformation and visualization tools High level of proficiency in problem-solving critical thinking analyzing complex situations and absorbing considerable amounts of data to identify key themes and identify actionable insights that lead to effective solutions and recommendations Hands-on experience driving compliance and privacy outcomes in partnership with key teams to set global and local standards If you are an individual with a disability please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation
