Responsibility Area 1 Warehouse Operations Oversee daily operations of receiving storage inventory and dispatch Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods 2 Team Management Supervise warehouse staff loaders supervisors helpers etc Assign tasks and monitor performance Motivate and train employees to improve skills and efficiency 3 Inventory Control Maintain accurate stock levels Implement FIFO First In First Out or FEFO First Expiry First Out systems if required Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts 4 Logistics Coordination Coordinate with procurement production logistics and sales teams Ensure materials are available on time to meet sales requirements 5 Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies legal and statutory requirements Maintain cleanliness and proper storage standards 6 Reporting Documentation Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward goods Prepare daily weekly monthly reports on stock movement shortages and excess 7 Process Cost Optimization Optimize space utilization inside the warehouse Reduce wastage and handling costs Suggest process improvements for better efficiency 8 Equipment Maintenance Ensure proper functioning of forklifts racks pallets and other warehouse equipment Coordinate for timely repair and maintenance Job knowledge skills and experience Skills Leadership people managements Knowledge of WMS Warehouse Management Systems and ERP MS Excel reporting skills Strong problem-solving ability Working Experience - 3-4 years in warehouse inventory management preferablyFMCG Food industry Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
