Job Overview We are looking for a Centre Head to lead the implementation of the Lighthouse Program at our Thane Centre This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth development with strong leadership operational and stakeholder engagement skills As the Centre Head you will oversee program execution team performance center operations and community partnerships ensuring the overall success of the Lighthouse at your location Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Centre Management Oversee day-to-day implementation of the Lighthouse Program at the centre Ensure smooth operations including planning team coordination and administration Drive the centre s culture of inclusion learning and empowerment Team Leadership Manage mentor and review a team of 4-7 members Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide developmental feedback Foster team growth while maintaining low attrition Placement Youth Engagement Ensure sustainable youth placements by coordinating with the Placement Manager Organize resume checks mock interviews industry sessions and employer interactions Map the local economy to identify placement opportunities Monitoring Reporting Technology Maintain and submit monthly plans reports and data with accuracy Ensure adoption of Lighthouse s tech platforms including the Youth Connect Portal Track centre-level KPIs and ensure timely reporting Stakeholder Community Engagement Build strong relationships with local stakeholders including corporators MLAs corporate partners NGOs skilling partners and volunteers Represent the Lighthouse at external meetings and community events Who We re Looking ForQualifications Experience MSW or Postgraduate degree in any relevant field 5 years of experience in program implementation ideally in skilling livelihoods or youth development Prior experience managing a training skill development centre Skills Competencies Strong team management and leadership skills Excellent communication in English Hindi and Marathi Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders including government and corporate representatives Target-driven and results-oriented mindset Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Google Workspace Zoom Teams etc Strong organizational and time-management abilities How to Apply Send your resume to careers lighthousecommunities org with the subject line Centre Head - Thane Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Job Type Full time Pay 45 000 00 - 49 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
