Location Palakkad Job Type Full-time Experience 1-3 years Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply About Us We are a growing management consultancy firm specializing in business advisory compliance and registration services for startups SMEs and corporates We re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team and manage day-to-day regulatory and financial compliance operations Key Responsibilities ROC MCA Compliance Prepare and file various forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs MCA Handle annual filings AOC-4 MGT-7 DIR-3 KYC etc Assist with incorporation director changes address changes and other event-based filings GST Compliance Prepare and file monthly quarterly GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B Reconcile GST input and output Handle GST registration amendment and basic notices Business Registrations Assist in obtaining renewing PAN TAN MSME FSSAI IEC and other licenses registrations Draft and maintain registration documents Ensure deadlines and renewal dates are tracked and met Coordination Documentation Liaise with Chartered Accountants CA Company Secretaries CS and other vendors Maintain proper documentation and records of all compliance activities Respond to client and internal queries related to compliance and finance Qualifications Skills Education B Com M Com BBA MBA Finance Semi-qualified CA CMA CS Experience 1-3 years in ROC GST compliance work internship experience acceptable Skills Proficient in MCA GSTN portals and basic accounting software e g Tally Zoho Excel Good understanding of company law GST and Indian compliance frameworks Excellent documentation and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines What We Offer Exposure to diverse client industries and real-time compliance work Opportunity to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilities Adaptable work culture and supportive team Competitive salary based on experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience ROC MCA Compliance or GST MSME compliance 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
