Overview As a specialist of performance marketing you will create execute and manage paid campaigns You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth for our clients Roles and Responsibilities Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social media platforms and search engines to drive revenue and increase ROI Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data- driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis Prepare weekly monthly campaign-wise reports Identify performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics Study client s digital eco-system and share recommendations to improve the same if required Conduct competitor keyword research Creating paid media strategies and plans for existing and potential clients Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion CPA across all channels Work with other teams to test strategies share insights etc Skills Has integrity and a positive can-do attitude Has extensive experience with paid media marketing Is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills Is eager and able to learn new things and stay on top of current marketing trends Is comfortable hitting daily deadlines being a key player on a variety of projects Is social media web and tech-savvy extensively experienced with Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Google MS-Excel PowerPoint etc Enjoys working as part of a team Must Have Meta Ads Google Ads Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
