Key Responsibilities Assist Project Manager in planning scheduling and executing automation projects Coordinate between design engineering procurement and production teams to ensure smooth workflow Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and presentations Track project timelines milestones and deliverables update progress regularly Follow up with vendors clients and internal teams for timely completion of tasks Support in preparing project budgets cost tracking and resource allocation Handle project-related communications and ensure proper documentation control Identify risks delays or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager Assist in project testing trials and commissioning phases Ensure adherence to quality safety and compliance standards during project execution Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree Diploma in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Electronics or Automation preferred Experience 1-3 years of experience in project coordination preferably in automation robotics industrial engineering sector Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Word and project management tools MS Project Primavera or equivalent Basic understanding of automation systems robotics or industrial equipment preferred Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments Key Competencies Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Team collaboration and stakeholder management Proactive and self-motivated approach Commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring project success Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Work Location In person
