Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the EdTech sector The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients converting leads and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals You will be the face of our products and services helping schools students and parents adopt the right learning solutions Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling email campaigns and lead generation platforms Conduct product demos and presentations online or in-person to prospective customers students parents schools institutions Understand customer needs and provide tailored EdTech solutions Follow up with leads maintain a solid sales pipeline and achieve monthly quarterly sales targets Collaborate with marketing product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and deals in CRM tools Attend educational events exhibitions and seminars to promote the brand and generate leads Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Education or a related field 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the EdTech industry B2B B2C or institutional sales Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset Ability to understand and explain technical educational products clearly Proficient in using CRM software and basic MS Office Google Workspace tools Willingness to travel if applicable Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 8 610 33 - 26 644 66 per month Ability to commute relocate Old Town Bhubaneswar Orissa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Sales 1 year Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
