Senior Spa Manager - We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Spa Manager to lead and oversee operations at Twamev Spa The Senior Spa Manager will be responsible for managing spa services ensuring exceptional client experiences supervising staff and driving business growth Key Responsibilities Oversee complete spa operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning Lead train and motivate the spa team including therapists and front desk staff Maintain premium standards of service hygiene and client satisfaction Manage appointment scheduling workflow and staff performance Handle client queries VIP guests and ensure personalized service Monitor inventory stock and coordinate with vendors for spa supplies Develop and implement spa promotions memberships and wellness programs Track revenue achieve sales targets and prepare performance reports Stay updated with spa wellness and luxury hospitality trends to introduce current treatments Act as the brand ambassador of Twamev Spa ensuring a luxurious client experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in spa salon hospitality management Proven track record in handling premium or luxury spas Strong leadership team management and client service skills Knowledge of various spa therapies treatments and wellness trends Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills Diploma Certification in spa management hospitality or wellness preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
